Reclaim local indirect forwarding tunnels after PFCP session modification synchronization even when the associated S11 transaction has already been removed. Also release the allocated PDR TEID node when per-session PDR ID allocation fails, and add diagnostic logs to trace PDR allocation, removal, pool exhaustion, and tunnel lifecycle. |
