.maintainer

Maintainer profile read by the oss-maintainer plugin for Claude Code and Codex. It holds what the maintenance workflows of this repository need and cannot derive. It is not a list of people; see docs/7-DEVELOPMENT/maintainer-guide.md.

Each fact has one home: executable commands are documented in the Makefile or AGENTS.md and profile.toml invokes them by their canonical form (the same invocations CI runs — a gate never mutates the tree, so the validator runs ruff check . without --fix) rather than re-implementing them; profile.toml holds the fields the plugin reads; release/runbook.md holds the release sequence and policy; .github/RELEASE_PROCESS.md holds the human release process and its known gotchas; gotchas.md holds the lessons outside the release. Other files link to those instead of repeating them.
