Prevent make test from polluting ~/.opencodereview/sessions/ with thousands of var-folders-* directories by redirecting test session writes to ~/.opencodereview/test-sessions/. Introduce a package-level sessionSubDir variable (default "sessions") and an exported UseTestSessions() function that switches it to "test-sessions".
