kite 184715409f docs(README): Update logo, layout and add DeepWiki badge ...

- Switch logo from logo.svg to logo-core.svg with smaller size
- Replace <p> wrapper with <div> and add <h1> title
- Remove redundant tagline and separator
- Add DeepWiki badge to all README variants
- Sync changes across all i18n README files (zh-CN, ja-JP, ko-KR, ru-RU)
