6185722f3a Fixes growing runtimeprefs file and handles empty prefs in memory 
Fix for #1972

Prevents empty keys from being dumped/restored

Prevents zero-vlan flows from being skipped when disaggr. is enabled

Handles empty preferences only in the in-memory cache

f3497eb37c Graphs improvements 
- Show begin and end time in the graph info table
- Show "Custom" zoom resolution when zoom is active and make it clickable to jump to it later
- Hide past time comparison series by default if too high
