fix(ui): fix hover overlay not covering full album cover

Removed marginBottom: '3px' from tileBar and tileBarMobile styles that was causing the hover overlay to not fully cover the album cover art. The margin pushed the absolutely-positioned GridListTileBar up, leaving a visible gap at the bottom. This became apparent after d2a54243a added aspectRatio: 1 to the cover container.
