Fixed syslog false positives. (#1577) 
* syslog: removed unnecessary/unreliable printable string check
 * added `ndpi_isalnum()`
 * splitted `ndpi_is_printable_string()` into `ndpi_is_printable_buffer()` and `ndpi_normalize_printable_string()`
