7Sageer 017a213d01 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/main' into spine-v2 
Resolve 43 conflicted files: union spine features (rawContextTokens gauge,
snapshot chain, prompt contributions, compaction guards, skill sources) with
upstream's agentState/sessionState migration, Workspace domain, scoped tool
services, and the L0-L7 layering removal. Port spine + TUI facade code to the
new APIs (AgentTool/registerAgentToolService, ScopeActivation, IBootstrapService
renames, Workspace session lookup, async undo domain).

Left out pending facade ports in apps/kimi-code/src/core: workspace-trust
startup prompt, --agent/--agent-file TUI binding, atomic config replace on
provider refresh (each recoverable from origin/main).

Verified: agent-core-v2 typecheck + 4576 tests, kap-server typecheck + 938
tests, kimi-code typecheck + tests, all packages typecheck, build:packages.
