Andrevich 1c89a617d4 Rename package to luci-app-homeproxy-hiddify 
Rebrand the package to luci-app-homeproxy-hiddify across build scripts, Makefile, and CI. Update package metadata (description, origin, maintainer, source) in .github/build-ipk.sh and control file generation. Adjust GitHub Actions artifact pattern to .github/luci-app-homeproxy-hiddify_* in .github/workflows/build-ipk.yml. Update Makefile package name and conffiles definition. Update README: change install command, add opkg architecture note, and include Log and Inbounds example configurations for hiddify-core.
