Sanitize imported scene and group names 
Markdown chapter titles often contain characters Hammer's file-name
validator rejects (periods, hyphens, colons), so importing a typical
manuscript created none of the chapters. The importer now strips
illegal characters before building the preview, so the names shown
to the user match what will actually be created.
