Update ComposeTextEditor to 2.8.0 for Compose 1.12 IME APIs (#961) 
2.6.0 was built against Compose 1.11 and lacks the IME members 1.12 made
abstract, so focusing an editor on iOS threw IrLinkageError on
ImeComposeStateAdapter.text and killed the app.
