Make the editor text size a render property 
Rich text styles are a fixed set with em-relative headings, so the body size
lives on the editor text style and changing it rewrites no document. The
size steps through a ladder, shows its value in the format bar menu, and
answers Ctrl+Plus, Minus and 0.
