Sun Tao 3ce108bbbd fix: show human-readable action names, hide ref IDs in overlay 
- Frontend: strip ref=eXXX from overlay summary, show action name
  with clean detail text
- Backend: resolve ref to element name from cached ARIA snapshot,
  remove ref from fallback detail fields
