Kirill Minovsky 985f301cf0 feat(bench): let a run set the detector's check timeout 
The domains test takes its per-phase timeouts from config.yml
(connect_timeout, read_timeout, 8 s each by default), and a full 34-domain
pass over 27 strategies twice is hours of that. -T SEC writes a minimal
config.yml into the run directory with both set, which the detector reads
from its working directory: measured 14.8 s against 35 s for the same
strategy and ten domains.
