Kirill Minovsky ce546e3f24 ci: gate pushes and pull requests on tests, build and clippy ... The repository only had the release matrix, which runs on a tag. Every push now runs build + test + clippy with warnings denied on the stable host toolchain (the crates are pure Rust, so no cross toolchain is needed). No formatting check: the tree is CRLF and rustfmt would rewrite nearly every file.		2026-09-14 01:28:25 +03:00
