Pass --prometheus-url to the controller container when configured in values. This enables querying SeaweedFS bucket size metrics from a Prometheus-compatible API for S3 bucket billing. RBAC already covers BucketClaim access via existing wildcard rule (apiGroups: ['*'], resources: ['*'], verbs: ["get", "list", "watch"]).
