## What this PR does
More granular k8s app extensions dependencies.
As a part of the change, packages were updated:
- monitoring-agents: metrics-server moved to a separate package
- monitoring-agents: prometheus-operator-crds moved to a separate
package
Main Cozystack bundles were updated to reflect packages changes.
