chore(release_notes): add version 4.1.1 updates for multiple languages
- Introduced new features for Apple On-Device, including local Direct chats and Open WebUI support when offline. - Enhanced voice call functionality to start on the speaker and provide complete answers. - Improved Hermes capabilities, including recovery of completed runs after idle time and support for PDF inputs. - Updated release notes in Czech, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Slovak, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
