TEAMS-HANDOFF.md and .gstack/ are local scratch, not product files, and
were committed by an over-broad `git add -A` in eb992ff6. The handoff note
carries internal deployment detail that does not belong in a public repo.
Removed from the tree and added to .gitignore so the mistake cannot repeat.
They remain in this repository's history; treat anything they named as
disclosed.
