65263da303 fix(models): classify real subscription SKUs and let --remove opt out built-ins

4228c87595 fix(models): treat subscription SKUs as honestly $0 
Unpriced warnings were firing on flat-rate product ids and telling
users to model-alias them, which invents spend.
