Local markdownlint override (disables MD036) lives at src/.markdownlint.json and shouldn't be tracked. The _Published_ markers in docs/CHANGELOG.md are intentional convention but trigger no-emphasis-as-heading on every CHANGELOG edit, which created persistent IDE diagnostic noise.
