3fd5c6ea7b fix(ru): sync xiaomi page with EN, fix broken links and anchors 
- Update ru/brands/xiaomi/README.md to match the refactored EN page (device
  unlock requirements, HyperOS specifics, workarounds, further reading)
- Fix broken relative links across ru locale: point misc/ guides and
  samsung resources at existing EN files
- Fix stale anchor slugs (snapdragon-8-elite, custom-avb-keys,
  universal-soc-based-methods)
