fix(ru): sync locale with EN since 3fd5c6ea
Adapt Russian locale to reflect upstream EN changes:
- ru/README: reword "internet connection" requirement
- ru/brands/amazon: add Fire TV Stick 4K 2nd Gen (2023~2025),
update amonet latest devices and conclusion
- ru/brands/asus: Tecent ROG were never officially unlockable
- ru/brands/fairphone: add Gen. 6+ to device list
- ru/brands/honor: rewrite Honor 50 section (tokens, Unisoc
prevents unlocking), add missing periods
- ru/brands/itel: add Galaxy OS 2.x (bootloader lock disabled),
expand GPL section with GPLv2/kernel source detail
- ru/brands/lg: full sync — hidden Fastboot/LAF, T-Mobile and
non-T-Mobile fastboot command removal, unofficial methods (ENG
bootloaders, CVE-2020-12753), Unisoc verdict → ⛔, add TheEnby
to credits
