docs: add SuperBased to plugins

Eyes AND hands for OpenCode — 72 MCP tools for screen capture, AI vision,
OCR, recording, dictation, and full GUI automation with humanization v2 +
CAPTCHA-solving guidance. Hybrid distribution: npm
superbased-opencode-plugin (TypeScript lifecycle hooks) + the SuperBased
MCP server. Repository at marmutapp/superbased-opencode-plugin.
