soulis-1256 6a142c75d8 Fix Recyclarr image, CLI PATH, and add drive path picker ... Pin Recyclarr to ghcr.io/recyclarr/recyclarr:8 (:latest is unpublished) and write ~/.local/bin into bashrc/zshrc/fish so the early CLI still works after a failed setup on Arch/WSL.
