Final release prep.

13.2.0 delivers OpenSubsonic API support, API key authentication, a broad
OpenSubsonic metadata expansion, and the reliability/hardening and
security work of the 13.2.x cycle (including the logback-core 1.5.35
CVE-2026-9828 fix). Follows the alpha, beta.1, and rc.1 previews.
