Remove overlapping zoom hints and extension path/action tooltips from the Browser quick settings popover. Preserve accessible control labels and document the tooltip-free popover contract. Validation: focused quick-settings regression passed; live served HTML retains accessible labels without tooltip titles; git diff --check passed. Visual hover verification was unavailable because the in-app browser could not connect. The full suite was not run. |
