TerminallyLazy 1e536e9f87 feat: simplify install button + add tab state and management methods to store 
Replace 3-option dropdown with single button opening tabbed main.html.
Add activeTab, fetchInstalledPluginInfo, and management action methods
that delegate to pluginListStore for installed plugin operations.
