Alessandro 11d72b7b42 refactor(prompts): compact scoped profile routing catalog ... Render available profiles as one line per profile ID and title, using delegation context with a description fallback. Preserve project-scoped discovery and normalize whitespace without changing profile identifiers. Document the catalog format and test scoped routing, fallback descriptions, and empty catalogs.
