Alessandro f653f61029 fix(delegation): honor names when continuing subordinates ... Continuing call_subordinate with an existing context_id ignored a supplied name. Apply non-empty names to both the child context and sidebar label through the shared direct/parallel continuation path. Preserve existing names when omitted and leave legacy same-context parent names intact. Update the tool contract and cover direct and parallel continuation after a failure, plus rename persistence across reloads.
