Alessandro a2dc9dc8d7 Align remote execution and Computer Use tool contracts 
Expose input_remote as a thin facade over the existing gated execution path,
matching local input and sharing connection, permission, timeout, transfer,
and disconnect handling. Remove runtime=input without a compatibility alias.
Keep native execution/input schemas aligned and session follow-ups sequential.

Keep Computer Use arguments concise and place scoped macOS targeting guidance
in its backend skill behind the advertised capability. Remove the ineffective
mode argument from model-facing guidance and refresh prompt contract coverage.

Validation: 128 focused Core checks passed. Live Docker framework checks covered
tool discovery, prompt rendering, disconnected gating, and removed-runtime
rejection. Native macOS desktop actions were not verified on this Linux host.
