Strengthen shared problem solving with observable success, evidence-driven replanning, bug reproduction, and source-preserving synthesis. Add developer guidance for tracing shared causes, validating reproducers, and checking final changes. Improve researcher provenance, citation support, evidence independence, and causal interpretation. Keep generalization guidance domain-neutral and preserve existing tool examples, communication contracts, and thoroughness instructions. Validation: 57 targeted tests passed and live profile rendering was verified before the final wording refinement; the final diff passes whitespace checks. Live Codex before/after smoke checks tied on coding correctness and research quality. The revised coding run missed restoring a file permission, so no capability or efficiency gain is claimed. |
