build(android): move to Gradle 9 and AGP 9

Android Studio now ships JBR 25, which Gradle 8.14 cannot run on. Follow
the Tauri 2.12.3 template: Gradle 9.6.1, AGP 9.3.1 and Kotlin Gradle
Plugin 2.2.10. The Rust build task runs the CLI through ExecOperations,
since Gradle 9 removed Project.exec, and the build uses the
configuration cache. Built-in Kotlin and the new DSL stay off while Tauri
and its plugins apply kotlin-android.

Keep the default ProGuard rules, which already keep every
@JavascriptInterface method, and drop the redundant rule for one bridge.
AGP 9 no longer keeps the constructors of kept classes, so keep the
ComponentRegistrar constructors ML Kit instantiates by reflection.
Remove test dependencies no sources use. compileSdk and targetSdk stay
at 36: targeting 37 needs a local network permission flow first.

Validation: pnpm run check; debug and minified release builds from an
empty generated directory on JBR 25, and a release smoke test of both
JS bridges and the native plugins on an x86_64 emulator.

升级 Tauri 时按模板差异同步;AGP 版本同时写在根 `build.gradle.kts` 和 `buildSrc/build.gradle.kts`,两处一起改。
- `android.builtInKotlin=false`、`android.newDsl=false` 与模板一致,因为 Tauri 与官方插件仍应用 `org.jetbrains.kotlin.android`。
职责、提交时机与背景链路见 [CurrentState/MobileStyleAdaptation.md](CurrentState/MobileStyleAdaptation.md)。

## Gradle start up script for UN*X
##
#
# gradlew start up script for POSIX generated by Gradle.
#
# Important for running:
#
# (1) You need a POSIX-compliant shell to run this script. If your /bin/sh is
# noncompliant, but you have some other compliant shell such as ksh or
# bash, then to run this script, type that shell name before the whole
# command line, like:
#
# ksh gradlew
#
# Busybox and similar reduced shells will NOT work, because this script
# requires all of these POSIX shell features:
# * functions;
# * expansions «$var», «${var}», «${var:-default}», «${var+SET}»,
# «${var#prefix}», «${var%suffix}», and «$( cmd )»;
# * compound commands having a testable exit status, especially «case»;
# * various built-in commands including «command», «set», and «ulimit».
#
# Important for patching:
#
# (2) This script targets any POSIX shell, so it avoids extensions provided
# by Bash, Ksh, etc; in particular arrays are avoided.
#
# The "traditional" practice of packing multiple parameters into a
# space-separated string is a well documented source of bugs and security
# problems, so this is (mostly) avoided, by progressively accumulating
# options in "$@", and eventually passing that to Java.
#
# Where the inherited environment variables (DEFAULT_JVM_OPTS, JAVA_OPTS,
# and GRADLE_OPTS) rely on word-splitting, this is performed explicitly;
# see the in-line comments for details.
#
# There are tweaks for specific operating systems such as AIX, CygWin,
# Darwin, MinGW, and NonStop.
#
# (3) This script is generated from the Groovy template
# https://github.com/gradle/gradle/blob/3d91ce3b8caaf77ad09f381f43615b715b53f72c/platforms/jvm/plugins-application/src/main/resources/org/gradle/api/internal/plugins/unixStartScript.txt
# within the Gradle project.
#
