rcourtman c812720f25 test: Add Disk UnmarshalJSON RPM and error path tests 
Cover RPM field handling (numeric, string, SSD, N/A, null, invalid),
invalid JSON error path, and unexpected type fallbacks for both
wearout and RPM fields.
Coverage: 50% → 95.5%
