Pulse Monitor 22fdb36234 fix: don't mark cluster nodes unhealthy for VM-specific QEMU agent errors ... When a VM doesn't have QEMU guest agent configured, Proxmox returns a 500 error. This was incorrectly marking the entire cluster node as unhealthy, preventing all operations on that node.
