Preserve exact delivery inputs, typed causes and retry classification; retain structured status, counts and safe validation reasons. Contract-Neutral: Shared agent-lifecycle and storage-recovery references are unchanged; this diagnostic repair alters no agent or storage behaviour, API schema, destination admission or delivery policy.
