rcourtman 16656ca4c4 test: Add unit tests for convertDockerServices 
Tests cover nil/empty inputs, basic field copying, time fields
(CreatedAt/UpdatedAt with nil and zero value handling), update status
conversion, endpoint ports, and labels cloning.
