rcourtman 3b80ec9e84 Fix docker-compose to use pre-built images for integration tests ... The compose file had build: sections which caused docker-compose to build its own tagged images (pulse-test-pulse-test) instead of using the pre-built images (pulse:test, pulse-mock-github:test). Changed to use image: tags to reference the pre-built images. This ensures the PULSE_AUTH_USER and PULSE_AUTH_PASS environment variables are properly applied to the running containers.
