f2541b0d6c Refactor: Multi-tenancy support for API and License handlers 
- Updated LicenseHandlers and LicenseService to be context/tenant aware
- Refactored API router and middleware to support tenant-scoped license checks
- Updated associated tests for context-aware handlers

d306e02151 fix: remove unused imports and obsolete tests in API handlers 
- diagnostics.go: remove unused path/filepath and syscall imports
- router.go: remove unused errors import
- diagnostics_test.go: remove tests for deleted functions
  (normalizeHostForComparison, matchInstanceNameByHost)

These changes fix build errors after sensor proxy removal.

f77025fb2f test: fix flaky tests with nonexistent path assertions 
Tests using /nonexistent/... paths fail in sandboxed environments
where they return 'permission denied' instead of 'not exists'.
Use /tmp/... paths instead which reliably return 'not exists'.

17c0254f43 test: Add diagnostics function tests for error handling 
Add comprehensive tests for untested diagnostics functions:

- fingerprintPublicKey: 14 test cases covering empty/whitespace input,
  invalid key formats, truncated/malformed keys, and valid ED25519 keys

- countLegacySSHKeys: 8 test cases covering non-existent directories,
  empty directories, files without id_ prefix, multiple key types,
  and directory filtering (subdirectories not counted)

- resolveUserName: 4 test cases covering UID 0 (root), current user,
  non-existent UID fallback, and max uint32 boundary

- resolveGroupName: 4 test cases covering GID 0 (root/wheel), current
  group, non-existent GID fallback, and max uint32 boundary

Coverage: fingerprintPublicKey 0% -> 100%, countLegacySSHKeys 0% -> 100%,
resolveUserName 0% -> 100%, resolveGroupName 0% -> 100%

- TestSanitizeErrorMessage: All operation types and error hiding
- TestFindExistingGuestURL: Node matching and edge cases
- TestMatchInstanceNameByHost: Host normalization and matching
Coverage: api 27.7% → 28.0%

9a5894b7a2 Add unit tests for hasLegacyThresholds function (diagnostics) 
Covers all legacy threshold field detection paths including
CPU, Memory, Disk, DiskRead, DiskWrite, NetworkIn, NetworkOut,
and mixed modern/legacy configurations.

Test coverage for 9 pure functions in internal/api/diagnostics.go:
- isFallbackMemorySource: 13 cases covering fallback and non-fallback sources
- copyStringSlice: 4 cases including nil handling and copy verification
- normalizeHostForComparison: 16 cases for URL normalization
- normalizeVersionLabel: 11 cases for version prefix handling
- contains: 8 cases for string slice membership
- containsFold: 11 cases for case-insensitive matching
- interfaceToStringSlice: 9 cases for type conversion
- preferredDockerHostName: 5 cases for name preference hierarchy
- formatTimeMaybe: 3 cases for time formatting
