7e3c624900 Keep agent removal token revocation atomic 
Serialize monitoring-owned host, Docker, and Kubernetes token cleanup with API-token persistence. Restore the complete live inventory when a reduced inventory cannot commit so restart never silently reverses an apparent revocation, and govern the boundary with forced-failure proof.
