Add unit tests for State methods (internal/models)
51 test cases covering Docker host and generic Host state management: - UpsertDockerHost, RemoveDockerHost, GetDockerHosts - SetDockerHostStatus, SetDockerHostHidden, SetDockerHostPendingUninstall - SetDockerHostCommand, SetDockerHostCustomDisplayName - TouchDockerHost, RemoveStaleDockerHosts - AddRemovedDockerHost, RemoveRemovedDockerHost, GetRemovedDockerHosts - UpsertHost, GetHosts, RemoveHost, SetHostStatus, TouchHost - UpdateRecentlyResolved Coverage 44.0% → 68.3%.
