## Independent review
Pulse does not currently claim an independent security certification. The
[Independent Security Review Scope](SECURITY_REVIEW.md) maps the main trust
boundaries to source files, tests, reproducible baseline commands, and the
private disclosure channel so external reviewers can evaluate concrete
behavior rather than marketing claims.
