Restore formatting checks for safe recovery guidance

Pulse PR #2341 run 36658394047 failed the locked Prettier check for docsLinks.test.ts. Format that test without changing its assertions or product behavior, preserving every reviewed commit.

Contract-Neutral: Test-only locked Prettier formatting; no runtime or contract delta.
