the original activation owner was complete: lease acquisition, stable Docker
aliases, Helm Pages, the paid-runtime broker, the already-current stable demo's
runtime check, frontend parity, public health, authenticated browser proof, the
customer-promotion verdict, and exact owned-lease release all passed. Its
immutable owner receipt brought the live release to 226 assets without changing
the qualified candidate packet. The promotion lock ref is absent after release,
as required.
