Register GLHF, CablyAI, TheB.AI, and FenayAI across the provider registry, managed provider catalog, and provider metadata so they can be configured like other API key-backed integrations. Extend the provider models route to fetch remote model catalogs for these gateways and add unit coverage for catalog resolution and managed provider handling. Increase unit test concurrency to keep the expanded test suite faster to run.
