Merged via /merge-batch (2026-10-19). Maintainer merge of the current base: README mirrors keep the release re-translation and re-apply only this PR's count edit (478 to 467 in each locale's digit script) in the three touched contexts; the README catalog paragraph's stale per-model-rows count is corrected to 467 too; i18n state = release state + this PR's FREE_TIERS entry, README target hashes only (no stale section certified; drift list identical to the bare base). Follow-up fix: the free-catalog expansion test's Kilo floor 13 to 12 (auto-beta removal is this PR's intent) and the screenshot budget card regenerated (467) - the two tests CI flagged. Board with #17137: npm run lint 0, typecheck core + open-sse 0, check:docs-all 0, check:free-catalog-evidence PASS, 4 strict-zero-cost vitest files 38/38, 187 affected unit files green apart from the 3 base-red #15306 i18n state tests. |
