docs(sidecars): keep rejected-isolation history out of the architecture notes (#1003) 
Documentation only. Removes the 'isolation was evaluated and rejected'
sentence from \dev-docs/architecture.md\: the architecture notes
describe how SideCars work (trusted same-origin extensions), not the
alternatives tried. \AGENTS.md\ and the architecture-guide reference
kept a pointer to that sentence; they now state the reason directly, so
agents are still told not to reintroduce isolation.
