fix(ui): truncate shell output at safe boundaries 
Keep the four MiB display cap without retaining split UTF-16 surrogates or partial ANSI CSI, OSC, DCS, APC, and PM control strings. Handle ESC-backslash terminators and CAN/SUB cancellation so visible output is preserved.

Validated with four shell-store tests, including Unicode and ANSI boundary probes, plus the UI typecheck.
