docs(readme): restore live star history alongside the stars badge (#734)

I restored the historical curve below the GitHub stars badge, keeping
both. The chart uses Star History's current /chart endpoint with light
and dark variants.

Star History adopted GitHub's dedicated history API in September:
https://www.star-history.com/blog/new-github-star-history-api. This
replaces the delayed SimRepo history previously used in the README.

I checked all 48 weeks returned by GitHub for CodeNomad: they total
2,581 stars and include recent September activity. Both chart variants
return valid SVGs. I also rendered the README section in Chromium and
inspected light/dark captures showing both the badge and the curve. git
diff --check passed.

Follow-up to #732.
