davegson a0543f81e1 Update SPN status FAQ 
after discussions we decided against a 'status page', since showing the amount of active users publicly may compromise privacy. Also, the 'next page' already informs a lot of Safing's progress, and hence SPN's status. A wiki page created for the Pre-Alpha Phase was created and linked to as well.

Safing Website

Run Safing locally:

  1. Install docker

  2. Run

docker-compose up
  1. Access the local version at http://localhost:4000
